Pull Your Weight

This beginner level class will help you develop muscle, build endurance, and introduce you to functional movements that are important to life. Great for all ages and those new to the gym.

Lean Out

Here we incorporate cardio intervals between ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, and more to help you build leaner muscles. Combined with a dietary program to maximize your results.

Basic Interval Training

We combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

Strength & Cardio

During this class, we do a series of olympic lifts with bursts of aerobic exercise, breath work, and stretching. Great for former athletes who still wants to train like one.

 

Youth Sports Training

Whether in-season or in the off-season, this kids course is designed to be fun! They will learn to stretch for their sport, proper sprinting mechanics, and weight lifting form to prepare them for high school and beyond. (ages 5+)

There is a correct way to perform every movement. Learn the right way to step, stand, lift and bend to avoid injury. Perfect for mature students or post replacement surgery.

Powerlifting

In this advanced series you’ll learn how to properly do a deadlift, squat, and bench press while following a linear progression.

 

Bump Fitness

A training program for mamas-to-be. Stay active during your pregnancy and learn to develop certain movement patterns to keep you comfortable, prepare you for arrival of baby; working with your birth plan.

New Mothers

Get moving again post-baby with these gentle yet effective classes. Combined with light cardio and bands and free weights to energize you. Stretching and deep breathing session included.
